An award-winning marketing & brand agency is looking for a hands-on Creative Director to bridge creative excellence with business growth. You'll lead creative strategy across their tier-1 clients, working at the intersection of business development, marketing, and creative. From elevating pitch decks to crafting memorable campaigns, you'll bring both vision and hands-on execution to every project.
Responsibilities:
Lead creative strategy for tier-1 clients from pitch to delivery
Craft compelling pitch materials that help close deals
Partner with sales to identify creative opportunities in briefs
Guide internal teams on creative direction
Bridge creative & commercial objectives to drive growth
Create frameworks that scale across different client verticals
Lead the brand evolution as they expand globally
Requirements:
Proven expertise in either art direction or copywriting
Agency experience leading creative projects
