Band 6 CPN / Social Worker (Community Mental Health)

Location: Hemel Hempstead,
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3-month initial contract (with likely extension)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: 26 per hour
Remote Work: On-site working only

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) or Qualified Social Worker to join the Team based in Hemel Hempstead.

You will be working within an established multi-disciplinary team, providing high-quality mental health care to service users in the community. The role will involve assessments, care planning, risk management, and delivering interventions in line with recovery-focused care.

Key Requirements:

Must be a qualified RMN or Social Worker with current NMC/HCPC registration

Minimum of 1 year of community mental health experience is essential

Must hold a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

*

Strong communication, organisation, and risk assessment skills
