Cover Supervisors in Southwest London

Tradewind are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to work with diverse secondary schools in Wandsworth starting in September 2025.

This role is perfect for anyone aspiring to build a career in education and seeking to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring a productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects.
Maintain student engagement and discipline, promoting positive behaviour.
Support students in their learning and development, preparing them for academic success.

What Tradewind are Looking For:

A minimum 2:1 degree from a top UK university, preferably in a core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science).
Strong classroom presence and excellent communication abilities.
Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
