The Role:
Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students stay on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students in their learning and report back to teaching staff
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience working with secondary-age students (in a school, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
A desire to support young people and gain school-based experience
