The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

🧑🏫 Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of a teacher

🏫 Ensure a positive and structured learning environment
*
📚 Support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)
*
📏 Manage behaviour effectively, keeping students engaged and on task
What We’re Looking For
*
✅ Previous classroom experience (Cover Supervisor, TA, Tutor, etc.)
*
✅ Confident classroom management and communication skills
*
✅ Adaptability across subjects and year groups
*
✅ A teaching qualification is a bonus, but not essential
