Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager - Nottingham
Quantity Surveyor – Nottingham - We’re looking for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Nottingham-based team. You’ll lead the delivery of construction projects, support junior team members, and act as the key client contact. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver multiple construction projects while leading and mentoring your team.
*
Act as the main liaison with clients and the wider design team.
*
Promote the business externally and contribute to new business development.
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; MRICS or working towards chartership within 3 years.
*
Minimum 3 years’ consultancy experience running your own projects.
*
Strong communication, measurement (ideally CostX), and project management skills.
*
UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
