A leading firm is seeking a driven Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join their expert legal team. This role is perfect for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who thrives on variety, values autonomy, and is passionate about building lasting client relationships.
As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor in this team, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial work
• Provide strategic legal support to business clients, from start-ups to established SMEs
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructuring, financing, and general commercial matters
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Work with colleagues to meet monthly KPIs and growth targets
• Support the wider commercial department in its growth and development

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years PQE as a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
• A strong background in corporate and commercial law
• Ideally, some experience in business development or team leadership (but full training provided if not)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Ambition to progress and contribute to a collaborative team environment
