Job DescriptionLeading hospitality business is currently looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working within a Transaction Services/Corporate Finance (or similar) team in practice looking for their first internal move. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Working closely with the development team on the creation of business plans, proposals and preparing deal economic appraisals;Preparing financial models and scenario analysis;Providing financial and commercial analysis to support valuation and restructuring projects;Reviewing the monthly Group forecast model;Managing key financing projects and liaising with relevant stakeholders;Managing a direct report.The successful candidate would ideally be a qualified accountant with recent experience in corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, and financial advice. Experience in building and modifying integrated financial models as well as the ability to manage senior stakeholders across the business is essential.
