Cooling Field Service Engineer - £38,000 to £50,000 DOE - Multiple UK Locations

What's the opportunity?

We're working with a leading client in the cooling and HVAC industry who are looking to expand their field service team across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with solid support, exciting projects, and a strong benefits package.

You'll be responsible for the effective delivery of field service activities, working across a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

What you'll be doing as a Cooling Field Service Engineer (but not limited to):

• Carrying out assembly and installation on all cooling equipment across the product range

• Performing start-up and commissioning on single and multi-module systems

• Completing scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned repairs

• Conducting site investigations, surveys, and client consultations

• Working with sales, senior engineers, and management teams on joint visits

• Coordinating project installs during on-site implementation

• Ensuring excellent client service and delivering against agreed service levels

• Training clients on the function and operation of installed equipment

• Liaising with technical support to resolve any ongoing cooling issues

• Completing all documentation and reports accurately and on time

• Ensuring failed parts are labelled and returned appropriately

• Identifying and driving departmental and company-wide improvements

Key requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience working with refrigeration/air conditioning equipment

• Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team

• Flexible with travel across assigned region
