Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: On-Site: Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire
Monday-Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm
Salary: £35,000-£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist property law firm based in the heart of the Solent, providing high-quality residential conveyancing services across England and Wales. Known for their personal touch, clear communication, and commitment to a stress-free process, this bespoke practice offers a stable and welcoming environment with room to grow.
Youll be joining a small but experienced team and working closely with the Director, a hands-on Licensed Conveyancer in a role offering genuine autonomy and the chance to make an impact from day one.
Your role:
Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including:
Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and remortgages
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and contracts
Conducting property searches and managing enquiries
