A highly reputable, multi service law firm which has an fantastic reputation across Cumbria is looking for a Qualified or experienced Conveyancer to join their high performing property department in Carlisle.
Remuneration & benefits
£40,000 - £50,000
28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

The Role
Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sale and Purchases files from inception to completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
Delegate work to the assistants and support staff
Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
Deal with and raise enquires
The Candidate
Possess a minimum of 3-4 years fee earning experience in a residential property role
Ideally qualified however not essential (Will consider NQ level)
Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
Have excellent attention to detail
Have the ability to build strong client relationships
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
