Role Overview:
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions - including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, freeholds, and transfers of equity
Deliver high-quality service with a client-focused approach and clear, proactive communication
Supervise and mentor support staff to help drive team success
Contribute to the firm's growth through business development and networking
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk protocols
Stay abreast of legal developments and commit to ongoing professional developmentAbout You:
Qualified (Solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer) or qualified by strong experience
Proven ability to run a conveyancing caseload independently
Proficient with case management systems and confident in digital workflows
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client care
