The Opportunity: This position involves managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold homes
Transactions involving newly constructed dwellings
Mortgage and re-mortgage instructions
Lease extension processes
You'll be guided thoroughly through the firm’s internal protocols and will operate as part of a structured team consisting of a conveyancer, legal assistant, and administrative personnel. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 12 months’ experience managing your own files in residential property law
Strong grasp of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work both autonomously and in a collaborative environment
Dedicated to offering high levels of client service and progressing matters efficiently
Package Includes: A salary aligned with your level of experience
Lucrative commission structure (earnings potentially reaching three times basic salary)
