Your role as a Contract manager will include:
*Managing and overseeing the delivery of asbestos removal projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
*Leading coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
*Product training
*Travel to client sites

The successful Contracts Manager will need:
*Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the asbestos, demolition, or construction sectors.
*Extensive knowledge of asbestos regulations and health and safety protocols
*Good communication skills
*Full UK driving license & willingness to travel to client sites
