Contracts Manager

Fusion People are partnering with a highly respected Bristol-based contractor to find an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects. The opportunity is due to continued growth and several new projects secured, this is a fantastic time to join a growing contractor.

As Contracts Manager you will :

Leading and supporting Managers across sites
Ensuring Health, Safety & Environmental compliance
Work with pre-construction on programmes and build ability
Reviewing technical design information
Acting as key contact for site teams, clients, and senior leaders
Monitoring performance and ensuring high standards

Background with a main contractor
Proven record of delivering multiple projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commercial awareness and client-facing experience
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
