Contracts Manager – Leisure Refurbishments (Travelling Role)
📍 Travelling Midlands & South | 💰 Up to £75,000 + Package
Walker & Sloan are recruiting a Contracts Manager who’s happy to travel across the Midlands and South of the UK to deliver leisure refurbishment projects — pubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants.
You’ll be overseeing fit-out and extension works, working closely with major hospitality clients. Projects are fast-track and high-quality, with values typically between £300k and £2m.
Role responsibilities:
✅ Managing multiple live projects at different stages
✅ Overseeing Project Managers and Site Managers
✅ Client meetings and progress updates
✅ Ensuring health and safety, programme, quality, and financial targets are met
Requirements:

Strong contracts/project management experience within fit-out or refurbishment
*
Happy to travel 3–4 nights per week if required
*
Hospitality, retail or leisure sector experience a bonus
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
