Contracts Manager

We have an exciting Permanent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join the refurbishment team in Manchester

A quick start can be available for the right candidate.

The main project for this position will include 4 high rise refurbishments and 24 low rise properties - all based within an enclosed estate in Greater Manchester.

• External works will include - Scaffold/hoists/masts, replacement of EWI system, Roof, windows, doors, Balcony enclosures, etc
• Internal - fire improvements including door replacements.
• All works to be compliant with the Building Safety Regulator, Planning Gateways, Golden Thread etc.
• Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund - Various energy efficiency and carbon reduction works - delivered under PAS 2035 & Pas 2030 models
• Potential replacement of existing district heating system
• Intensive liaison and interaction with a Tenant Management Organisation based on site.

This scheme will be in the region of �20m and span over 2 years minimum.

The team on site will consist of a full time PM, 2 site managers and 2 assistant site managers/RLOs.

The position will report in to our Senior Contracts manager.

Good experience of occupied high rise refurbishment and strong interaction with our commercial team is essential, along with strong client relationship management skills.

PAS compliant delivery and Building Safety experience will also be an advantage along with good knowledge of contractual Contractor Design Portions under JCT contracts.

In addition to this project we also have a strong pipeline of other hi-rise and high risk remediation projects for various clients.

This scheme is currently in design phase and construction phase is due to commence September. We would like the right candidate on board and to participate in the pre-con design and planning period.
