We are looking for an experienced Contract Test Analyst to support an in-flight transformation programme to build and migrate to a new Dynamics 365 CRM Solution. This involves moving off the current on-premise solution to the online version.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Validate custom workflows, plugins, and business logic within Dynamics 365 CRM.
Conduct UAT support and provide guidance to business users during testing phases.
Contribute to continuous testing process improvement and automation initiatives.
Skills required:
Must have:
Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
