About the Role:
Build Recruitment is working in partnership with a major player in the Facilities Management industry to recruit an experienced Contract Support professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile FM contract based in London, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the Contract Manager and wider FM team

Manage and track work orders, PPM schedules, and reactive maintenance requests

Maintain CAFM system records (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to support service delivery

Raise purchase orders and process invoices in line with company procedures

Assist in the preparation of monthly client reports, KPIs, and audits

Ensure contract documentation is up-to-date and compliant with service level agreements

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a Contract Support or Facilities Administrator role (preferably within a large FM environment)

Proficient with CAFM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams

Finance administration experience (POs, invoicing, reporting) desirable
