Salary: £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in reactive repairs? We're looking for a proactive, hands-on leader to join a dynamic team in Oldbury, overseeing the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of reactive maintenance contracts

• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors

• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded

• Oversee budget control, health & safety, and quality compliance

• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service

About You:

• Proven experience in managing reactive repair contracts (ideally in social housing or similar sectors)

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and compliance standards

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions

• Relevant qualifications in construction, building services, or project management are desirable
