My client is a leading provider of passive fire protection services across the UK are looking for a Contract Manager to be based in Walsall
Responsibilities:

• Overall project management, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
• Development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Quality control and assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Risk management, identifying potential threats and developing mitigation strategies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement, maintaining open relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Cost control and budgeting, collaborating with the QS to optimize resource allocation.
• Change management, proactively addressing requests and minimizing disruptions.

Requirements:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First aid training
• Asbestos awareness
• Passive fire accreditation
