Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in carpentry and joinery?

The Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple carpentry packages across a range of new build housing and commercial projects. You will oversee project planning, resourcing, health & safety, and quality control, ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple projects across Cornwall, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Manage carpentry teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
* Work closely with site managers, developers, and main contractors to coordinate work.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct site visits and inspections, identifying and resolving any issues.
* Liaise with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in the carpentry and/or new build sector.
* Strong knowledge of new build housing projects.
* Excellent management and leadership skills.
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Full UK driving licence – travel to sites across Cornwall required.
