Mechanical/Plumbing Maintenance Engineer - Continental Days - Greenwich, London

📍 Location: London
🕐 Shift Pattern: Continental Days Only (12-hour shifts)

We're on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer to join a top-performing facilities team on a static site in Greenwich. This is a continental day shift role - no nights, great work-life balance, and a site that truly values its engineers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and service pumps, motors, valves, and mechanical systems

Conduct water treatment checks, including cooling tower maintenance

General plumbing and drainage tasks

Assist with BMS monitoring and system optimisation

Handle ceiling, bearings, and plant room-related tasks

Support PPM and reactive works, keeping the site safe and compliant

✅ What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering

Strong knowledge of water systems, pumps, and plant rooms

Basic BMS system experience

Excellent fault-finding skills and a self-sufficient attitude

Most importantly - reliable, committed, and proud of doing the job right
