Role Requirements: Experience:
Extensive post-qualification experience in construction disputes
Proven ability to manage high-value cases independently
Confident in guiding and supporting junior team members
Comfortable contributing to team strategy and client development
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of adjudication, arbitration and litigation processes
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Skilled in drafting, negotiation and case analysis
