An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-focused Content Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team of our client, a well-established and respected company. Working closely with the Marketing Director and a Marketing Executive, you will play a central role in delivering compelling and engaging content across digital channels.

This role is ideal for a strategic communicator with excellent writing skills, capable of translating complex subject matter into clear and accessible content. You will collaborate with internal experts to produce high-quality material for LinkedIn, the company website, and external media, helping to raise the organisation’s profile with professional audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and edit a range of content, including articles, press releases, website copy, and company updates

* Translate complex topics into reader-friendly content suited for digital platforms

* Work closely with internal experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance

* Identify media and thought leadership opportunities and contribute to campaign planning

* Ensure all communications align with the brand tone, style, and strategic messaging

* Stay informed on content trends including SEO and AI tools to maximise visibility

* Plan and deliver content strategies across channels such as LinkedIn, the company website, and industry press

* Manage a structured and up-to-date content calendar

* Oversee the company’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring regular, high-quality posts

* Support colleagues with personal branding content and social sharing initiatives

* Track engagement and performance metrics, using tools such as LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics

* Draft and distribute press releases, liaise with journalists and monitor media coverage

* Build strong internal relationships to ensure a continuous flow of content opportunities

* Provide input into marketing campaigns and visual identity consistency

* Offer general support to the wider marketing team including administrative tasks and project delivery

Experience and Skills Requirements:

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field

* Demonstrated experience in a content, communications, or marketing role (ideally in a professional services or corporate setting)

* Proven ability to write and edit high-quality content tailored to different audiences

* Experience working with media and drafting press releases

* Familiarity with SEO principles and content strategy

* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

* Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and tone of voice

* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
