Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be working alongside an excellent team providing support to new and existing customers.
You will be handling and resolving queries in relation to the products and services they have with the business ensuring each call is dealt with to the highest standard of care and dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The role will also be supporting with claims ensuring all details are recorded accurately and obtaining information required to progress the file.

Previous Contact Centre/Customer Service Experience
A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
Able to work in a fast paced customer focused environment
A keen eye for detail
