Construction Manager
Roaming – Devon & Cornwall Sites

We’re working with a well-established Timber Frame construction business seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on-site — overseeing live projects and ensuring smooth delivery from structural erection through to installation and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
* Liaise with operatives, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard
* Provide weekly progress reports to the Operations Manager
* Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Background in site or contracts management with good timber frame knowledge
* Understanding of manufactured timber frame super-structure packages
* Confident managing multiple sites and coordinating teams
* Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Happy to travel across Devon and Cornwall
