I’m working on a brilliant opportunity for a Construction Disputes Lawyer to join one of the most values-driven, flexible firms in the Midlands.
This role sits within a thriving, high-performing team advising on major infrastructure projects, housing schemes and construction litigation – often for local authorities, housing associations and public sector bodies.
? The role in a nutshell:
Advising on and managing a wide range of construction disputes
Acting in adjudications, mediations and proceedings in the TCC
Working on complex issues like delay claims, PFI/PPI, NEC and JCT disputes
No business development targets – high-quality work already in place
Strategic input welcomed; mentoring juniors encouraged
Massive variety in the caseload, with room to grow into a leadership role
