Placed under the supervision of the Group Chief Compliance Officer, who reports directly to the General Secretary, the compliance officer will assist in tasks, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, initiative and responsiveness. You will work along with the Global Compliance Manager on a day-to-day basis.
to the roll-out of the action plan of the Group following the update of the anti-corruption risk map, for instance by helping to draft new procedures or update existing ones;
and participate in anti-corruption training courses for all Group employees, and more generally in raising awareness among stakeholders through targeted communication and training initiatives;
to the day-to-day monitoring of requests made by operational departments, particularly in connection with the implementation of procedures followed with regard to third parties (customers and suppliers in particular);
the point of reference for personal data protection matters and, more specifically, the implementation of the GDPR, Data Privacy Act and similar UK and US legislation.
closely with HR to handle any data subject request, in due time;
to the deployment of the Group's data privacy compliance program in support of the action of the Group DPO (based in ILM) ;
are very familiar with IT and office automation tools.
in Ethics & Compliance Law, and/or Business Law
years of experience as a Compliance Officer
in Legal Advice and Data Privacy
proficiency in English
in French is a clear advantage.
