We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Engineer to join our facilities team at a prominent cultural institution in Euston.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal environmental conditions.

Analyse compliance data and generate reports to support facility operations.

*

Work with a team of six engineers, a supervisor, and a contract manager to maintain building integrity.

Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

*

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
