We're working with a long standing client, a brilliant top 100 full-service law firm looking to add a Compliance Analyst to their growing compliance function. Joining a well established close-knit compliance team, where you will support with client onboarding.

Great opportunity for someone with exposure into the legal world, some understanding of AML, KYC, Client Due Diligence. You will have a great opportunity to kick start a long term career in compliance, learning from key leaders in the compliance world.

About the Role The Compliance Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the Risk & Compliance function, assisting with file reviews, regulatory reporting, staff training, and data protection duties. The position is initially office-based for the first six months, after which hybrid working (1 remote day per week) becomes available.

Key Responsibilities Conduct procedural file reviews across all departments of the firm.
Monitor and act upon alerts from compliance tools such as SmartSearch.
Handle compliance queries from staff via email and phone.
Maintain regulatory records through mySRA and support practising certificate renewals.
Coordinate new starter onboarding from a regulatory perspective, including checks and training.<...
