Job Title: Children's Complex Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

Location: Lichfield, WS14

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Children Complex Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team in Lichfield (WS14). This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to provide one-to-one care for a client with complex medical needs in their own home.

Shifts:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00pm – 10:00pm


• Thursday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm


• Sunday: 8:00am – 10:00pm (split into 8:00am – 3:00pm & 3:00pm – 10:00pm)

Requirements:

We are looking for HCAs with the following experience:

• Tracheostomy care


• Ventilation support


• Gastrostomy (PEG) feeding


• Intensive care background


• Suction management

This role requires a calm, confident, and compassionate individual with the ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of care.
