CompEx Electrician – Aberdeen

Our established client in Aberdeen are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Technician on a permanent basis to support ongoing projects across marine, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

*

Carry out EX (Explosion-Proof) installations, maintenance, and repairs

*

Read and work from technical electrical drawings

*

Perform installations, testing, and inspections to industry standards

*

Fault-finding on motors and control systems

*

Attend client meetings and provide detailed reporting on inspections and issues

Requirements

*

Time-served electrical apprenticeship

*

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (preferred)

*

CompEx EX01-04 certification (required)

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (required)

*

Strong HSE awareness and communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Willingness to travel/project-based work
