Company Secretarial Support

professional to join their Governance team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting high-level governance processes across multiple boards and committees, working closely with the Company Secretary and stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Do:
Provide company secretarial support for MRDP/JLP governance structures
Coordinate board and committee meetings (planning, logistics, agendas, minutes)
Support regulatory meetings with Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA, etc.
Champion good Conduct practices to deliver the best outcomes for customers
Take ownership of ad hoc and cross-entity governance matters
Requirements:
Proven experience in a company secretarial role with strong minute-taking skills
Background in insurance or financial services
Highly organised, solutions-focused, and self-motivated
A pragmatic, accountable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment
