Community Support Worker - Congleton and Surrounding Areas
Employer: Precedo Healthcare

Following the award of a new contract in Congleton and surrounding areas, Precedo Healthcare is seeking experienced Community Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes and the wider community.

We are looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers with a minimum of six months' UK-based experience in a care or support role. You'll be passionate about empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent, and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs

  • Build trusting, professional relationships with service users, their families, and other care professionals

  • Communicate in a meaningful and respectful way, tailored to each individual

  • Act as an advocate and provide clear feedback to help improve care delivery

  • Take a holistic approach to care, supporting all aspects of an individual's well-being

  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in community and social opportunities
