A vibrant working environment, committed to professional development with a strong sense of purpose, all of which is reflected in their low staff turnover.A new opportunity exists for a Commercial Training & Development Manager to manage and drive the delivery of training at a local/ cross country level for all countries within their Neurology business unit.As such you will lead, develop and manage the countries Learning and Development provision, including:Support in delivering Neurology EMEA commercial training and sales force effectiveness initiativesSupport and lead the delivery of product, disease area, and competitor training for the launch of an new Alzheimer's product across the regionIdentify training/development needs of the sales force, managers, and other commercial team members and design and deliver effective learning and development solutionsDesign professional skills training solutions at an EMEA level and support country implementationEngage with the EMEA Neurology Business Group (NBG) Team members to effectively plan the required training and work with the Commercial Effectiveness Director, NBG, and Commercial Training and Development Managers in NBG across EMEA to ensure consistent implementation in the EMEA countriesThe ideal qualifications and experience are:Excellent track record and sustained experience in pharmaceutical healthcare trainingProven track record of delivering high quality training related work with tangible outcomesSound understanding of Neurology preferredFirst line sales management or Training or Marketing skills preferredExperience in developing and maintaining training partner(s), with cultural understandingAble to get on with others, a team-player having the ability to work within a team & independentlyAbility to function in and influence key stakeholders in matrix organisationWillingness to travel.Excellent Basic plus car allowance, healthcare, pension + bonus.To find out more please apply online or call CHASE on 0131 553 6644 for further information.Apply for Commercial Training & Development Manager - UK basedFields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
