About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded Commercial & Social Media Lead to take the reins on an exciting summer project. This hands-on role involves overseeing the operations of a seasonal pop-up store in Mallorca, leading engaging social media content, and managing eCommerce fulfilment - all within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Mallorca pop-up retail store (both remotely and in-person).
Plan, create, and schedule compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Manage customer support and fulfilment operations for the online store (including Amazon).
Monitor campaign performance, track engagement, and support wider seasonal marketing activity.What We're Looking For

Experience in retail operations, project coordination, or brand campaign delivery.
Confident content creator with a sharp eye for detail and digital trends.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple moving parts.
Experience with Amazon/eCommerce fulfilment or direct-to-consumer platforms is a plus.
Willing and able to travel to Mallorca (Spanish language skills are a bonus!).Why This Role?
