Purpose of the role
We require an experienced property/business agent to join our Childcare & Education Team. Our team are market leaders and in this buoyant, needs driven and consolidating market, we seek to appoint an agent in our London office to further grow our team, support more clients and gain further market share. You will be directly responsible for sourcing and transacting childcare and education businesses, covering North London, Suffolk and the Kent region. You will generate leads to sell, process instructions and manage deals to completion. You will identify, contact and qualify buyers.
