Job Description Commercial & Intellectual Property Lawyer – Manager Level
London | Hybrid Working | 4–6 PQE

This firm’s commercial & IP group advises a broad client base, ranging from early-stage start-ups to global corporations across a variety of sectors. The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Commercial & IP Lawyer to join the team at manager level. You will support a range of non-contentious legal matters, including commercial contracts, IP structuring, due diligence and group reorganisations. The role combines legal expertise with commercial insight and offers a great platform for those keen to develop client relationships, take the lead on matters, and contribute to wider business development efforts.
Requirements
\n 4–6 years’ PQE
Qualified in England & Wales (or other UK jurisdiction), or with substantial experience practising in England & Wales
