KM103 – Commercial Gas Engineering Manager Location – Lambeth Salary – Up to £60,000 + Vehicle Allowance Overview: First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their team in Lambeth.As a pivotal member of my clients commercial operations team, the successful candidate will oversee a team responsible for managing heating system repair, service operatives, and subcontractors. This includes coordinating repairs, services, and reactive maintenance for boiler room plant, residential dwellings, water tanks, and more. The role involves ensuring that all work is executed accurately and within specified timelines. Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage and monitor a team of operatives who repair heating systems and associated plant in client owned properties, in accordance with manufacturer and industry best practice, legislation and Group guidelines.
Main duties will be to ensure that the day’s works are completed in full in accordance with the Gas Safe and industry regulations in a timely manner.
Have an understanding of mechanical compliancy to sfg20 standards and control a compliancy program maintaining 100% compliancy at all times.
