TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in the Northwest. They are looking for experienced Commercial Gas Engineers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a reactive maintenance contract.
You will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance at high-end retirement villages, NHS estates, and some social housing. This is a mixture of commercial & domestic PPMS and reactive maintenance.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Commercial & domestic mechanical PPMs and reactive property maintenance.
* Carry out repairs and rectification of faults and or minor works as required to return assets to service and or provide a clear understanding as to the requirements to do so via Mobile PDA.
* Carry out installations, asset replacements under minor works as required
* Review all service and report documentation for accuracy prior to onward issue.
* Ensure all works are completed on time in line with legal statutory requirements and company procedures ensuring key concerns are communicated in a timely fashion.
* Liaise with supervisor as and when required during the co-ordination of planned and reactive activities to ensure smart planning is achieved to reduce downtime and increase productivity
Pay: £42'536 Per annum
Company vehicle, fuel card, tools, PPE, package etc.
Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday 40hr week.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Time served apprenticeship - Commercial and Domestic gas certs.
* Domestic to Commercial Heating (CODNCO1)
* Core Domestic Gas Safety (CCN1)
* Combustion Performance Analysis (CPA1)
* Domestic Gas Central Heating, Boilers, and Water Heaters (CENWAT)
* Domestic Gas Cookers (CKR1)
* Domestic Gas Fires and Wall Heaters (HTR1)
* Full UK driving licence.
