Commercial Disputes Senior Associate

An elite global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly ranked Commercial Disputes & Investigations International Arbitration team in London. Recognised as one of the most prominent disputes practices worldwide, this team handles high-profile, complex litigation and arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role:
As a key member of the Corporate Disputes group, you will manage a broad portfolio of cases, including:
Complex contractual disputes
M&A and joint venture disputes
Shareholder and partnership disputes
Civil fraud matters
International commercial arbitrations (LCIA, ICC, and ad hoc)
You will work closely with leading partners and experienced practitioners, often as part of cross-border, multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Requirements:
Post Qualified Experience in commercial litigation and/or International Arbitration at a leading firm
Proven experience managing large-scale disputes independently and leading junior team members
Strong drafting skills and technical excellence
A collaborative mindset with a focus on client service and business development
Strong academic credentials
