With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, they are looking for a talented Commercial Contracts Manager to join their dynamic Procurement Commercial & Legal team.


Position Overview: As Contracts Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of contracts, negotiations, and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to secure optimal contract terms while minimising risk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather contract requirements and provide expert guidance on contract terms and conditions, developing a strong, effective relationship within the Commercial team.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify potential risks and recommend necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable contract terms and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and dispute resolution.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or legal roles within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Previous experience of negotiating complex framework contracts
  • Good understanding of contract law
  • Significant Supplier & Contract management experience
  • Experience managing large scale outsourced IT contracts
  • Confident self-starter able to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • MCIPS, RICS, IoSCM, LLB or other relevant professional qualifications
  • Experience of working in or with a Joint Venture organisation or in a similar multi-stakeholder environment
