Job Title: Commercial Administrator
Location: King's Lynn
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join and support a busy, fast-paced team based in King's Lynn.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain project documentation and records.
Co-ordinate day-to-day activities and resources, liaising effectively with customers, suppliers, and site teams.
Report progress and status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Assist with budget organisation and financial tracking.
Raise and manage purchase and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualify incoming enquiries and assist in the completion of required documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.
Experience & Skills Required:
Previous experience in Administration or similar role within the Construction industry is essential.
Familiarity with project management processes, budgets, purchasing, and documentation handling.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience with sales and marketing functions is desirable.
