Collections Executive Responsibilities:
* Performing a high number of outbound calls and contacting customers to successfully collect monies owed
* Providing customers with efficient and effective solutions that satisfy both parties
* Taking payments from customers over the phone
* Handling inbound calls and dealing with queries relating to customer accounts
* Updating and maintaining customer accounts to reflect activity and communication
Collections Executive Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a telephone-based customer service or credit control role
* Has a record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Confident over the phone, and experienced in handling calls in a professional manner
* Skilled communicator, who is articulate and capable of liaising at all levels
