This company works with some of the UK’s largest retail, banking, and commercial organizations to help recover overdue debts and support customers in finding suitable payment solutions.\n\nRole Overview\nAs a Telephone Collections Agent, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to and from customers to discuss and arrange repayment of outstanding debts. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sheffield (S3 area), with shifts scheduled between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Make and receive telephone calls to recover outstanding debts from individuals and businesses\n\n * Handle sensitive conversations professionally and empathetically\n\n * Accurately record call details and payment arrangements in the customer database\n\n * Follow company procedures and regulatory guidelines for debt collection\n\n * Work towards individual and team performance targets in a contact centre environment\n\n * Enter customer payment details accurately and securely into internal systems\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Previous ...
