Are you an experienced CNC Turner with strong Fanuc programming skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, low-volume production environment? If so, we want to hear from you!
We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated CNC Turner to join our night shift team. You’ll be working with a CMZ TA-30-YS-640 fixed head lathe with twin spindles and Y-axis milling, producing precision components in small batch quantities (typically 1–10 offs) across a variety of materials including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
*
Interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models to produce complex parts
*
Performing first-off and in-process inspections to ensure quality
*
Managing tooling and work holding for efficiency and accuracy
*
Working independently to tight tolerances in a low-volume environment
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Fanuc programming essential)
*
Hands-on experience with fixed head, twin spindle lathes with Y-axis milling
*
Confident working from CAD and technical drawings
*
Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and best practices
*
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
*
Ability to work independently and support a team-driven environment
*
Willingness to assist in other areas of the business as needed
