Job Title: Program Setter Operator
Location: Denham
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum plus 29.37% Shift Premium

About The Role:
We are seeking a Program Setter Operator to join our Machine Shop Department. This role involves working a shift pattern of 06:00 to 14:00 and 13:45 to 22:00. You will be responsible for the following:

Setting and Operating Machines: Operate both manual and CNC machines to manufacture components according to technical specifications and quality standards.

Quality Inspection: Inspect components produced within the cell using conventional measuring techniques to ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards.

Basic Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on machines and tools in accordance with the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program and machine manuals.

Deburring: Complete the deburring of components to the required standard within the machine cycle.

This position plays an essential part in delivering world-leading engineering solutions that make a real difference.

Characteristics & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Machine Shop Experience: Ability to work to technical drawings and specifications.

CNC & Tool Setting Experience: Experience in operating and programming CNC machines, along with deburring, turning, and milling expertise.

Quality Inspection: Proficiency in inspecting components according to quality procedures and standards.
