Are you an experienced CNC Operator with a passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a driven individual to join our manufacturing team and help us deliver high-performance components to industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation & Production

*

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce parts to specification.

*

Complete daily start-up and shutdown checks, ensuring safety and 5S standards are upheld.

*

Perform accurate production, inspection, packaging, and related tasks across various machines.

*

Maintain machine settings and parameters for optimal output and quality.

*

Record hourly production data, part counts, and reasons for downtime.

*

Support day-to-day adjustments in the production schedule as required.

Tooling & Maintenance

*

Assist with tool changeovers, ensuring quality and efficiency targets are met.

*

Carry out daily cleaning and first-level maintenance of machines (TPM).

*

Operate forklift trucks and overhead cranes when necessary (training provided if required).

Continuous Improvement & Quality

*

Contribute to 5S audits and improvement workshops.

*

Proactively suggest and support process improvements and efficiency projects.

*

Participate in quality reviews, cycle time analysis, and corrective actions for non-conformances.

*

Assist with reducing lead times and improving throughput.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Hands-on CNC machining experience (essential).

*

Strong ability to read technical drawings and documentation.

*

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

*

Forklift truck licence (preferred).

This is a permanent position, the hours of work are 06.00-14.00/14.00-10.00 Monday to Friday
