CNC Milling Supervisor Wanted – Hands-On Role with a Great Team!

We’re working with a specialist engineering business (think cool parts, tight tolerances, top-tier kit) who are on the hunt for a working CNC Milling Supervisor to help lead a small but mighty milling team.
You’ll be doing a bit of everything—setting and operating modern CNC 5-axis Mills with Fanuc and Siemens controls, overseeing workflow, keeping quality tight, and getting stuck into manufacturing parts that really matter for the Automotive & Motorsport sectors.

We’d love to hear from you if:

At least 2 years supervisory experience in similar manufacturing environment.
*
You have been an experienced CNC Miller ideally with 5 axis mills.
*
You know your way around Haas/Fanuc or CELOS controls.
*
You can read a drawing like a map and make parts to match.
*
You’re not afraid of a bit of pressure and like hitting deadlines.
*
Bonus points if you can program and have live tooling experience!
